A former Playboy model has sued Sharon Osbourne, accusing the wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne of pulling her hair out during a reality show.

The civil lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Megan Hauserman, 29, who appeared with Osbourne on the cable channel VH1’s show Rock of Love: Charm School.

Hauserman was a guest on the television show on December 13 when Osbourne attacked her by pulling her “hair out of her head” and scratching her, forcing Hauserman to seek care at a hospital, according to the lawsuit.

The incident aired on VH1 in January and took place after the two women traded insults over Ozzy Osbourne.

Osbourne’s representatives were not available to comment.

On the show, Osbourne served as a headmistress to former contestants from another reality series, Rock of Love, who after competing for rock singer Bret Michaels’ affections get lessons from Osbourne in etiquette and moderation.

Hauserman’s lawsuit accuses Osbourne of battery and emotional distress and seeks unspecified damages, money for loss of income and medical costs.

Osbourne, 56, is a fixture of reality TV, and has appeared as a judge on the show America’s Got Talent and British show The X Factor, as well as a show that depicts her life as the wife of heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne.

The celebrity magazine said the ceremony took place at a Roman Catholic church and the guests were mostly immediate family members.

The bride wore Dolce & Gabbana as did her three dogs.

Bundchen, 28, has been dating the 31-year-old New England Patriots quarterback since 2006. She was previously linked with actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

Forbes.com reported last May that she was the world’s highest-paid supermodel, with estimated annual earnings of US$35 million.

Brady has an 18-month-old son with actress Bridget Moynahan, with whom he broke up about the time she got pregnant.
